REGULATORY AND THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF DEVELOPING CIVIC STAND OF STUDENTS – FUTURE LAWYERS

Abstract
The article reveals regulatory and theoretical foundations of the problem of shaping the civic stand of students, future lawyers, as part of the process of obtaining professional education. The approaches to the study of the problems related to civic stand are described. The article also raises some issues related to the potential of the legal clinic in the formation of the civic stand of future lawyers are revealed.
