Teacher’s electoral culture as a factor of social development

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of formation and development teacher’s electoral culture.
The relevance of the issue under study is due to the low electoral activity of citizens and uncertainty about their possible influence the fate of the country.
Electoral culture is considered by the author as a component of the general culture. Based on the analysis of scientific sources, the article defines periods in development of electoral culture in Russia. Electoral culture is presented as a four-component structure.
